SLT Pilates
SLT is a challenging, high intensity, low-impact workout. It’s the perfect combination of cardio, strength training and Pilates. SLT gives you the full-body reSuLTs you’ve always wanted through an effective and fun experience led by highly trained instructors. Classes consist of 50-minutes of slow movements (slower = harder), fast transitions and constant core-engagement accompanied by killer music.
We have bathrooms and a changing room equipped with beauty products so you can freshen up after class!
